Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the Linevale website and early-access service. By sending us a file or using the site, you agree to them.
The service
Linevale turns documents you send, such as carrier loss run PDFs, into Excel files and highlights values it is unsure about. It is in early access and free for now. We may change, pause or end it at any time, and we will try to give notice when we can.
Review before you rely on it. Linevale is an assistive tool. Its output can contain errors or omissions, especially with poor scans. You are responsible for checking every spreadsheet against the original document before you use it, including before you prepare a quote, submission or advice for a client.
Linevale is not an insurance agency or broker and does not provide insurance, legal or financial advice.
Your files
You confirm that you have the right to send us the files you send. You keep ownership of them. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Don't send anything unlawful or anything you aren't permitted to share.
Acceptable use
Don't use Linevale to break the law, to interfere with or overload the service, or to copy or reverse engineer it.
No warranties
Linevale is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including about accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Linevale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, quotes, premiums or claims arising from your use of the output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Ending use
You can stop using Linevale at any time and ask us to delete your files. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and continuing to use Linevale after a change means you accept it.
